Refund Policy

In compliance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act of Bangladesh, we accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or of the incorrect size, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear or sale items, may be ineligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the nature of the return.
