In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Zorais maintains the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and will provide a full refund if payment has already been processed through our secure digital payment gateways.

Regarding our fulfillment process, we strive to deliver your orders within the standard timelines for Dhaka and other districts across Bangladesh. Once a product is handed over to our third-party logistics partners, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, although we remain available to assist with tracking and delivery concerns. Please note that all sales at Zorais are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection by the customer. We strongly encourage you to consult our sizing guides before completing your purchase. However, in strict accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, if a product is found to be physically damaged upon arrival or is materially different from what was ordered, you must report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
